Ryder started his insurance career 6 years ago at Marsh and McLennan Agency. At Marsh and McLennan, Ryder co-lead the construction practice group for the entire western region. He specializes in structuring risk management programs for medium to large construction, real estate development, real estate, and renewable energy companies.
Ryder has a passion for water polo, and since he hung his cap up after winning 2 national championships with UCLA, he has continued to stay involved with the sport. He currently coaches for a youth water polo club, and he is currently a board member for Del Mar Water Polo Club. However, his greatest passion and obsession is spending time with his wife, Kodi and their 6 month year old son, Ridge.
