Lindsay is a dedicated HR Executive with over 10 years of human resources, management, and leadership experience. In 2015, Lindsay was hired by a private equity-backed financial services company as part of the growth and acquisition to streamline human resources processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and career development. Lindsay has overseen the continuity of bi-coastal offices and remote employees while navigating changes to employment laws, managing employee concerns and issues, developing and implementing performance management and organizational development strategies among other policies to mitigate risk and create a strong, fun and dynamic workforce.
Previously, Lindsay held a leadership position managing a team of recruiters and ran point on employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention of over 150 employees during a large-scale billion-dollar private equity M&A of a SaaS company.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with a Minor in English from Azusa Pacific University. She is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Forbes Human Resources Council.
Lindsay is a So-Cal native; born in Santa Monica, she moved to San Diego in 1995 after living on the Big Island of Hawaii for two years. She and husband, Kevin, are proud parents to two daughters, Avery and Rowan. She loves to cook, listen to live music, and please don’t hold it against her, but she is a fan of 90’s alternative and hip-hop music.
