Jon has worked in the finance and benefits world for over 30 years. He holds his 6, 7, 63 securities licenses and has collaborated with individuals and companies on health benefits as well as defined contribution, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and key person planning. He has also worked with owners of closely held businesses in business succession planning and estate planning and enjoys helping them realize and preserve the value they have worked so hard to build.
During his free time, Jon enjoys golfing, traveling, flying, and spending time with his four girls.
