David J. Bunnell joins the team with over 30 years of experience in construction safety, risk management, and loss control. He has held senior roles with QBE Insurance North America, Lockton Companies, AON Risk Solutions, Suffolk Construction, and other industry‑leading organizations, supporting a wide range of commercial and infrastructure projects.
David has extensive experience developing safety programs, leading risk assessments, implementing compliance strategies, and advising owners, developers, and contractors on best‑practice risk controls.
He holds dual B.S. degrees in Occupational Safety and Management from Keene State College and maintains several professional certifications, including CSP, ARM, CRIS, OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer, and First aid/CPR/AED instructor.
David brings proven leadership and technical expertise, and he looks forward to contributing to a strong, proactive safety culture.
He is passionate about golf, running, and spending time at the beach. He grew up in Connecticut, attended college in New Hampshire, and later worked and raised a family just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. About three and a half years ago, he moved to San Diego after taking a three-week RV trip across the United States.
