Thinking outside the box for client needs

Our traditional insurance agency services are best in class. While these services are valuable, more is needed to avoid being a commoditized service provider in the medium to large client sector. After asking our clients what obstacles prevent them from achieving their five-year goals, we created typically non-insurance solutions to support them in achieving those goals at no additional cost. These C3 creative solutions include utilization of our internal video production team that can be used for content creation such as new hire orientations, custom safety training, and external hype/brand commercials for our clients. We also have the ability to take over a client’s recruiting platforms and align internal culture with external brand presence to help our clients attract and retain the best talent. These are just a few of the differentiators that set us apart. Very few, if any, agencies can offer our best-in-industry claims, risk management, actuary, and traditional insurance services along with the tools that help clients achieve their short and long-term growth goals.
