- Doug Shea joined C3 in 2021 as its construction practice leader, bringing industry knowledge and strategic insight to the team. He previously worked with Barney & Barney and Marsh McLennan. In his role with C3, Shea provides risk management and brokerage services to medium-to-large construction companies, environmental and remediation contractors, home builders, and residential developers. He consistently demonstrates a passion for excellence, driving success within the firm’s construction practice and contributing significantly to its growth.
- Chris Morse, a dynamic professional in the sales arena specializing in construction, recycling, waste management, and transportation, joined C3 in 2022 as a producer.
