For more than 25 years, Brent Whelan has built a well-rounded Insurance Industry leadership career – driving value across customer service, claims, operations and technology, by building winning teams and developing top talent. Prior to joining C3, Brent served as Director of Operations at Allstate. As a servant leader, Brent is passionate about creating conditions at work that enable everyone to live into their full potential and deliver their best work.
Born and raised in San Diego, Brent has also lived in Roanoke, VA, Chicago, IL and currently resides in Reno, NV. Brent has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from National University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Brent and his wife, Lori, enjoy cooking, hiking, music, comedy and spending time with their two grown children.
